Are you a landlubber? Lace up your boots and set off into the majestic Niagara Gorge Trail System, where there’s a hiking trail for every ability. Reward your efforts with a scenic picnic — or with happy hour on an outdoor patio.

At the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center, you’ll get a better understanding of the critical part Niagara County played in the fight for freedom through interactive exhibits and digital media.

Day 4

Raise A Glass

Niagara County is known for its potent potables, particularly of the 21-and-up variety.

Local wineries are plentiful, thanks to the terroir of the Niagara Escarpment. Go on a self-guided tour of the Niagara Wineries to enjoy tastings of local wines amid fields of vines and inviting patios. For something truly unique, stop by Schulze Vineyards & Winery for a glass (or bottle!) of coveted ice wine — something available in only a few regions of the world!

Wine and water aren't the only things flowing in Niagara Falls.
