Women of Colors Art Exhibition
March 1-22, 2025. Admire an array of art at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center's annual Women of Colors exhibit, a multi-media curation of works inspired by the African American experience from historical, contemporary, and personal perspectives. Open to the public Tuesdays through Saturdays until March 22, 2025.
Olcott Polar Bear Swim
March 2, 2025. For over 50 years, thousands have cheered on hundreds of brave swimmers as they frolic in the icy waters of Lake Ontario at the Olcott Polar Bear Swim! Before and after the plunge, tailgate partying, costumes, food and fun rule the day at Krull Park.

Live Music at the Winery
March 9 and 15, 2025. Explore the exquisite flavors of the Niagara region's wine and music scene! Bella Rose Winery is hosting performances from local musicians Celtic Cross Duo (March 9) and Jon Blankenship (March 15) to enjoy while sampling and sipping on a variety of fine wines.

St. Patrick's Day Festivities in Niagara Falls USA
- Parade and a Party. Niagara's largest St. Patrick's Day Celebration begins with the World's Shortest Parade, from the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Old Falls Street into the Niagara Falls Convention Center. Things to Do in March in Niagara Falls USA
- Try a Fish Fry! March is prime fish fry season in Western New York (especially on Fridays during Lent!). While every restaurant has their own twist on this local delicacy, it typically consists of flaky cod or haddock, beer-battered and fried to perfection, served steaming hot with fries and coleslaw.
- Get active. With spring finally in sight, there's no better time to get moving and enjoy the outdoors! Participate in a free guided hike at one of the area's state parks, go birdwatching or find your zen at Freedom Run Winery's biweekly yoga and wine class.
