Carnegie Art Center offers art exhibitions, classes in a wide range of creative disciplines and advocates for artists and art organizations. The former North Tonawanda Public Library, built in 1904 with funds from philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Open year-round.
